Max Love Fluffy Friends – Cat Sitting Policies

At Max Love Fluffy Friends, your cat’s safety, comfort, and happiness are our top priorities. To ensure the best care, we’ve outlined the following policies for our cat sitting services.

🐾 Booking & Payments

All bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance (last-minute requests may be accommodated with an additional fee).A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due on the first day of service.Payments can be made via [list accepted payment methods: cash, Venmo, PayPal, credit card, etc.].Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable.

🐾 Home Access & Security

Clients must provide a working key or access code before the first visit. Keys can be returned after the final visit or securely kept on file for future bookings.Your home and personal information will always be handled with strict confidentiality.If anyone else (friend, neighbor, etc.) will be entering your home during the service period, please notify us in advance for security reasons.

🐾 Cat Care & Health

We will follow your detailed care instructions, including feeding schedules, litter box maintenance, and playtime.Fresh water will be provided daily, and food bowls will be cleaned regularly.We administer oral/topical medications as instructed, but we do not administer injections.If your cat shows signs of illness, we will contact you immediately. In case of emergency, we will take your cat to your designated vet (or the nearest emergency clinic if necessary). Any vet fees will be the owner’s responsibility.

🐾 Behavior & Special Needs

We specialize in caring for shy, senior, and special-needs cats. Please disclose any aggression, anxiety, or medical conditions in advance.If a cat becomes extremely aggressive or unsafe, we reserve the right to discontinue services.

🐾 Communication & Updates

We provide daily updates via text or email, including photos and notes about your cat’s well-being.If additional visits or extended care are needed, we will discuss and adjust the schedule accordingly.

🐾 Weather & Emergency Policy

In case of severe weather or natural disasters, we will make every effort to reach your home and will communicate with you about any schedule changes.If alternative arrangements are needed (e.g., emergency pet boarding), we will work with you to ensure your cat’s safety.

🐾 Additional Fees

Last-minute booking fee: $10 (for requests within 24 hours)

Holiday surcharge: $10 per visit on major holidays

Key pickup/drop-off (if not kept on file): $10 per trip

Max Love Fluffy Friends is fully insured and will take every precaution to ensure your pet’s well-being. However, we are not responsible for illness, accidents, or property damage beyond our control.By booking with us, you agree to these policies and understand that your cat’s health and safety are our top priorities.
